Maurizio was born in Italy in the legendary city of food and art Bologna.
His love for food and passion to old Grandma's recipes very soon became a central part of his life. 
Since he was a little school boy, he used to go to a little  countryside's house to get from two old Ladies the most hidden secrets of making hand made pasta and the  authentic traditional Ragù alla Bolognese, one of the most iconic Italian Plates.
Well this are the type of story Maurizio loves to share with his guests while they are having a dinner at his Restaurant.
